Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay — all processed securely via Shopify Payments.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly. If you need to change or cancel, email us at gelupu.store@gmail.com within 12 hours. After that, the order may already be with our fulfilment partner and we can't guarantee changes.
Is it safe to pay on your site?
Yes. Our store runs on Shopify, which is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant — the highest level of payment security. All transactions use 256-bit SSL encryption.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship from?
Our products are shipped from international warehouses (primarily via our fulfilment partner CJ Dropshipping). We ship directly to you — there's no warehouse in Australia.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 10–20 business days. Some items may arrive sooner. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Do you ship to my location?
We ship to Australia and most international destinations. If your location isn't supported at checkout, email us and we'll check availability.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it on the carrier's website or a tracking site like ParcelsApp.
My order hasn't arrived — what do I do?
If your order is past the estimated delivery window, first check your tracking link. If tracking shows no movement for 5+ days, email us at gelupu.store@gmail.com and we'll investigate with the carrier.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are defective, damaged, or not as described. See our full Returns Policy for details.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
Email gelupu.store@gmail.com within 48 hours with photos of the damage and the packaging. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, no return required.
When will I get my refund?
Once a refund is approved, it typically appears on your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Products
Are your products good quality?
We hand-pick every product based on supplier ratings, reviews, and our own testing criteria. That said, if anything falls short of your expectations, our returns policy has you covered.
Do products come with warranties?
Warranty coverage depends on the individual product and manufacturer. Check the product page for details, or email us if you have a specific question.
