We want you to love every Gelupu purchase. If something isn't right, here's how we'll make it right.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or refund.
Eligible Items
- Items that are defective, damaged, or not as described
- Items in original, unused condition with original packaging
Non-Eligible Items
- Items returned after 30 days
- Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Personal care and hygiene products (for health reasons)
- Items on final sale
How to Start a Return
- Email gelupu.store@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- Attach photos if the item is damaged or defective — this helps us resolve it faster.
- We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
Refunds
Once your return is approved and received:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- For defective or incorrect items, we cover return shipping costs.
- For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Exchanges
We don't process direct exchanges. Instead, return the item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged in Transit
If your parcel arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.
